1. Free Admission & Reservation Rules

  • Free Admission: Admission to our performances is free of charge; however, advance reservation is required due to venue seating capacities.
  • Reservation Limits: To ensure equitable access for all patrons, we reserve the right to limit the total number of reservations per household, email address, or booking request.
  • Unclaimed Seats & Forfeiture: Reserved seats are held until 10 minutes prior to showtime. Unclaimed reservations after this threshold may be released to standby guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cancellations: If you are no longer able to attend, we kindly request that you cancel your reservation promptly via our website or by contacting us so your seats can be made available to other patrons.
  • Venue Rules & Entry: Attendees must comply with all safety, health, and operational guidelines enforced by venue staff and security. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to venue regulations.
  • Late Arrivals: Latecomers will be seated strictly at the discretion of venue management during designated pauses in the performance.

2. Photography, Video, and Media Disclaimer

  • Consent to Record: By securing a reservation, entering the venue, or attending any of our performances or events, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or audio-recorded.
  • Use of Media: You grant us and our authorized media partners a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any live or recorded media (including promotional materials, social media, websites, broadcasts, print publications, and marketing campaigns).
  • Opt-Out Request: If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify an usher or venue manager immediately upon your arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though complete exclusion in large crowd or wide-angle audience shots cannot be guaranteed.
  • Attendee Recording Policy: Personal photography and recording during performances are subject to venue rules. Unauthorized commercial recording, flash photography, or live-streaming during the performance is strictly prohibited.

3. Schedule & Event Changes

All performance schedules, programming, cast lists, and show details are subject to change without notice. In the event of an unforeseen cancellation or rescheduling, we will make reasonable efforts to notify reservation holders via the email address provided at booking. Reservations do not guarantee entry in the event of emergency venue closures or safety-related cancellations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cathedral Concert Series, its staff, performers, volunteers, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at our events or your use of our website. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings brought into the performance venue.
